October 8-16: Coeur d'Alene - Art from the Heart The Coeur d'Alene Arts and Culture Alliance is proud to present "Art from the Heart", the 5th annual fall arts festival. Each year the Alliance strives to create an event which gives the community a sampling of the arts in Coeur d'Alene.
